Amazon Backup integrates withAmazon Storage Gateway, a hybrid storage service that enables your on-premises applications to seamlessly use Amazon Web Services cloud storage. This integration allows you to apply the same backup policies to both your Amazon Web Services Cloud resources and your on-premises data stored on Amazon Web Services Storage Gateway volumes.
