We provide the Amazon Web Services Site to you subject to the following terms of use (“Site Terms”). By visiting the Amazon Web Services Site, you accept the Site Terms. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Amazon Web Services, content or other materials, you also will be subject to the Sinnet Customer Agreement for Amazon Web Services (Beijing Region), the Western Cloud Data Customer Agreement for Amazon Web Services (Ningxia Region) or other agreement governing your use of our services (collectively the “Agreement”).

You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the Technical Providers’ name or trademarks without the express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Amazon Web Services Site, so long as the link does not portray Amazon Web Services, or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Amazon logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
 
Your Account
 
If you use the Amazon Web Services Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Amazon Web Services account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
 
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

You grant the Technical Providers, us and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
 
You and third parties may be permitted to upload certain software (including machine images), data, text, audio, video, images or other content (“Third Party Content”) to community areas of the Amazon Web Services Site. You acknowledge that (a) We have not tested or screened Third Party Content, (b) you use any Third Party Content is at your sole risk, and (c) Third Party Content may be subject to separate license terms as determined by the person posting such content.
 
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content, including any Third Party Content, that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify the Technical Providers and us for all claims resulting from content you supply. We have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Applicable Law
 
By visiting the Amazon Web Services Site, you agree that the laws of the of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Site Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us.
 
Disputes
 
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Amazon Web Services Site or to services provided by us or through the Amazon Web Services Site shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Beijing, which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties. The number of arbitrators shall be three.
 
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
 
Please review our other policies on the Amazon Web Services Site. These policies also govern your visit to the Amazon Web Services Site. We reserve the right to make changes to the Amazon Web Services Site, policies, and these Site Terms at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Infringement
 
If you believe that you have encountered infringement, please provide your information and relevant materials to lodge a complaint as required below.
 
1. Your information and relevant materials
 
1.1 Your name, contact information, address and business license (for entities), ID card (for individuals), authorizations and other materials proving you as the right holder.
 
1.2 If you entrust others to lodge the complaint on your behalf, you shall also provide a power of attorney, as well as the agent’s name, contact information, address and business license (for entities), ID card (for individuals) and other materials proving his/her identity and qualification.
 
2. Your claims
 
Your claims, such as the exact title of the content to be deleted or disconnected, and the corresponding website, IP address, etc. (if applicable).
 
3. Preliminary evidence of infringement
 
Such materials include but are not limited to proof of ownership of the title, including but not limited to copyright certificates, trademark certificates and patent certificates issued by competent authorities, proof of the first public publication or release date of the work, manuscripts, timestamp for the creation of the work issued by an authoritative body, registration certificate of the work and other valid title certificates proving that the right holder holds the relevant rights, or preliminary evidence proving that the content posted by the respondent has infringed on the right holder’s other rights.
 
4. Warranty
 
You shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of all information provided in your complaint. If the respondent, us and/or other third parties suffer any direct or indirect losses due to your breach of this warranty (whether intentional or negligent), you shall bear the liability in accordance with relevant laws.

Meanwhile, we will take necessary measures and other actions in accordance with the law based on the preliminary evidence of the infringement. However, we will not bear any liability for any delay in our handling of the complaint due to factors beyond our control (such as inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you), regulatory requirements, and/or procedures required by relevant authorities (such as notarization, etc.).
