Amazon Web Services China Region Account Registration Instruction

One Stop Registration to Make Your Account Purchase-Ready

1. Open the China region account registration page

2. Fill in IAM user name and password

3. Fill in enterprise contact information

    Please note: The name must match the information on your personal ID card, a valid email address (you may reuse the registration email), and a valid mainland China mobile phone number (11 digits starting with 1). If you select another type of identification, you will need to upload a scanned copy of the document.

     

    By default, the network security officer will be set as the primary account contact. If you need another person to be the primary account contact, you will need to provide their name and mobile phone number.

     

     

4. Enterprise information verification

    Please note: If you upload a valid business license, the system will automatically verify the relevant information. If verification fails, you will need to manually fill in the corresponding information. If you select another type of enterprise registration certificate, in addition to uploading the certificate, you will need to fill in information such as the company name.

     

5. Select a support plan

According To The Status Of The Audit Result,It Is Divided Into The Following Two Scenarios

Scenario 1: The identity information you submitted has been verified

After you complete the account registration following the prompts, the system will automatically redirect to the page below. Click "Log in to Console" to enter the Amazon Web Services Console.

Scenario 2: Your submitted identity information failed verification

You can click "Modify Now" on the page to complete the information modification yourself. If the information you modify still fails verification, or if you click "No Changes Needed, Continue" on the page, the process will enter the manual review stage.

After entering the manual review stage, your registered email will receive a verification result notification email from this mailbox within two business days. Please follow the instructions in the notification email to continue the process and complete your account registration.

    Please continue to follow the instructions to complete the subsequent registration steps. If your account registration application is not automatically approved, you will see a window stating "Your submitted registration information failed verification." You can click "Modify Now" to complete the information modification yourself, or you can click "No Changes Needed, Continue" to wait for manual review and update the incorrect information through the link in the rejection notification email before resubmitting. If your account registration is successful, you can go to "My Account" to make modifications on your own.

    After completing the enterprise information verification, your registered email address will receive an email notification from this mailbox, which contains your account ID. Please check your registered email to obtain it.

    After submitting complete and accurate account registration information, under normal circumstances, you will immediately receive an email notification for account activation. If the account registration page displays "Under Manual Review," your registered email will receive a verification result notification within two business days. If your account passes the review, click "Complete Registration" in the email to activate your account.

    Please note: After your account is successfully activated, your services may require 24 hours to be fully activated, at which point you can begin using our services.

    You can follow below steps to complete a password reset:

    1. Please click the link enter the management console: https://console.amazonaws.cn/
    2. Click "Forgot password? “
    3. Fill in the Account ID, IAM user name and characters. (please note the capital or lowercase letters when filling in the IAM user name and characters);
    4. Click “Send email”;
    5. Check email from ”Amazon Web Services“ in your registered Email address, and it ends with @amazonaws.cn.
    6. After receiving the email, please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password within 1 hour, or the link will be invalid.
