Amazon Elastic Container Service Pricing

There is no additional charge for Amazon EC2 Container Service. You pay for Amazon Web Services resources (e.g. EC2 instances or EBS volumes) you create to store and run your application. You only pay for what you use, as you use it; there are no minimum fees and no upfront commitments.

With Amazon ECS Managed Instances, you pay based on the duration and type of Amazon EC2 instances launched and managed by ECS Managed Instances. Like EC2 instance charges, ECS Managed Instances charges are billed per-second, with a one-minute minimum.
