Amazon Web Services Activate China is a program designed to provide your startup with the resources you need to get started on Amazon Web Services. If you are an unlisted company and a new customer*, you can register for Activate Program. Customers in Amazon Web Services China area can receive at least ￥3,500 in Amazon Web Services Promotional Credit. Customers in Amazon Web Services global area can receive at least $500 in Amazon Web Services Promotional Credit. If you are associated with a venture capital firm, accelerator, incubator, or other startup-enabling organization that is an Amazon Web Services Activate Provider, you can receive up to ￥175,000 or $25,000 in Amazon Web Services Promotional Credit.

If you plan to use your Amazon Web Services Promotional Credit towards services in the China (Beijing) region, apply with an Amazon Web Services (China) Account or, if you plan to use your Amazon Web Services Promotional Credit towards services outside of the China (Beijing) region, apply with a global Amazon Web Services Account.

*Amazon Web Services new customer: Having less than ￥7,000 or $1,000 in cumulative billing history in Amazon Web Services China account and global Amazon Web Services account.
