Amazon Step Functions expands its SDK integrations with support for over 1,500 new API actions from new and existing services such as Amazon Simple Queue Service, Amazon EC2, Amazon Relational Database Service, and Amazon Glue.
Step Functions is a visual workflow service capable of orchestrating over 11,000+ API actions from over 220 services to help customers build distributed applications at scale. By directly invoking services or their API actions from Step Functions, customers can write less code, simplify their architecture and save costs. These enhancements are now generally available in Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet and Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD. Specific services and API actions are subject to regional availability of the target services.
