Amazon S3 now automatically enables S3 Block Public Access and disables S3 access control lists (ACLs) for all new S3 buckets in all Amazon Web Services Regions, including the Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet, and the Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD. This change was first announced on December 14, 2022, began deploying on April 5, 2023, and is now applied to all new S3 buckets.
