We are excited to announce that Amazon IoT Device Management resources are now supported on Amazon CloudFormation. With a few clicks, you can now use a CloudFormation template to pre-configure and deploy IoT fleet management infrastructure like Job Templates, Fleet Metrics, and IoT Logging settings in a standardized and repeatable way across multiple regions and accounts.
Amazon IoT Device Management is a fully managed service that enables you to organize, monitor, manage, and update your fleet of IoT devices at scale.
With Amazon CloudFormation, you can write a simple YAML or JSON file to model and provision your infrastructure in an automated manner. You can use this functionality to deploy your IoT fleet management resources in the Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet, as well as the Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD.
