We are thrilled to announce that we have released a new batch of updates that enable you to experience updated Identity and Access Management features that are consistent across all other Amazon Web Services services.
With this update, you have deeper granularity and less complex permission management with:
- Resource-Level Controls that allow you to more granularly gate access to all of your GameLift resources
- Tag-Based Authorization that enables you to tag resources and grant permissions more easily to a resource across a group of people
Just a reminder, we recently notified you of several GameLift feature updates including the ability to create GameLift fleets backed by Amazon Linux 2, run game servers on the next generation C5, M5, and R5 instances, and improved CloudFormation support.
