Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) now supports Amazon PrivateLink in the Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet and the Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD. Amazon ECR is a fully managed container registry that makes it easy for developers to store, manage and deploy container images. Amazon PrivateLink is a networking technology designed to enable access to Amazon Web Services services in a highly available and scalable manner, while keeping all the network traffic within the Amazon Web Services network.
When you create a PrivateLink endpoint for ECR, the service endpoints appear as elastic network interfaces with a private IP address in your Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).
