Amazon Backup is now available in Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) region, operated by Sinnet and Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) region, operated by NWCD. 

Amazon Backup is a fully managed service for centralizing policy-based backup and restore capabilities both in cloud and on-premises, for Amazon Web Services resources, including Amazon EBS volumes, Amazon RDS databases, Amazon DynamoDB tables, Amazon EFS file systems, and Amazon Storage Gateway volumes.
