Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (Amazon MSK) now supports Apache Kafka version 2.5.1 for new and existing clusters. Apache Kafka 2.5.1 includes several bug fixes and new features, including Apache ZooKeeper in-transit encryption support. Support for Apache Kafka version 2.5.1 is offered in all regions where Amazon MSK is available, including the Amazon Web Services China (Beijing) Region, operated by Sinnet and the Amazon Web Services China (Ningxia) Region, operated by NWCD.
