We have published a service level agreement (SLA) for Amazon IoT Greengrass for Amazon Web Services China Beijing (BJS) Region, operated by Sinnet.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make Amazon IoT Greengrass for Amazon Web Services China Beijing (BJS) Region available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage, as described below, during any monthly billing cycle (the “Service Commitment”). In the event Amazon IoT Greengrass does not meet the Service Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described in the Amazon IoT Greengrass Service Level Agreement.
