Reduce your effort

Amazon ECR has no software to install and manage or infrastructure to scale. Just push your container images to Amazon ECR and pull the images when you need to deploy.

Share and download container images

Amazon ECR transfers your container images over HTTPS and encrypts your images at rest. You can configure policies to manage permissions and control access to your images using Amazon Identity and Access Management (IAM) users and roles.

Access

You can distribute public container images as well as related files for use by developers. Amazon ECR replicates container software to multiple Amazon Web Services Regions.
